The 2025 Artificial Intelligence Empowered Smart Building Innovation Application Practice Case Release and Experience Exchange Conference was successfully held
On August 12th, the “2025 Artificial Intelligence Empowered Smart Building Innovation Application Case Release and Experience Exchange Conference” hosted by the China Building Energy Conservation Association and organized by the Smart Building Professional Committee of the China Building Energy Conservation Association was grandly held at the New Urban Construction Exhibition Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development in Beijing. The purpose of this conference is to establish a high-level communication platform to promote the widespread application and innovative development of artificial intelligence in the field of smart buildings. At the meeting, experts, scholars, and business representatives from all over the country gathered together to deeply explore the cutting-edge trends and practical paths of the integration of AI and smart buildings.

At the beginning of the conference, Ni Jiangbo, President of China Building Energy Efficiency Association, delivered a speech emphasizing that artificial intelligence, as an important driving force for the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, is profoundly changing the development mode of the construction industry. Propose two initiatives, one is to strengthen scenario driven and deepen integrated applications; The second is to focus on standard guidance and build a solid foundation for safety. Since the public solicitation in March 2025, the collection of practical cases for “2025 Artificial Intelligence Empowering Innovative Applications in Smart Buildings” has received positive responses from the industry, with over 100 application cases collected from all over the country. These cases deeply cover key aspects such as energy and carbon, facility management, and space operations, providing a panoramic display of the fruitful achievements and enormous potential of the construction industry in improving quality, efficiency, energy conservation, and sustainability driven by AI technology.

At the end of the meeting, Zhang Dongmei, Deputy Secretary General of the Smart Building Professional Committee of the China Building Energy Conservation Association, provided a comprehensive summary of the event.
