The SmartBuild four-disc robotic concrete power trowel is designed for surface troweling and finishing of freshly placed concrete floors. Its four-disc finishing system provides a working width of up to 1.4 m, helping contractors produce a smoother and denser floor surface with less repetitive manual operation.
The machine features electric motor drive and remote control operation from up to 200 m away. With a compact height of 530 mm and a construction capacity of approximately 300–500 m² per hour under suitable site conditions, it is suitable for factories, warehouses, parking structures and commercial concrete flooring projects.

Four-Disc Finishing System:The four-disc troweling system delivers a working width of up to 1.4 m and an adjustable rotating speed of 0–130 rpm for different stages of concrete surface finishing.
Remote-Controlled Operation: The operator can control machine movement and finishing work remotely, reducing continuous close-contact operation on freshly placed concrete.
Efficient Concrete Floor Finishing:Under suitable concrete and site conditions, the robot can finish approximately 300–500 m² per hour, making it suitable for medium and large floor projects.
